If you need to update the details that Tyro has on file for your business, there are multiple ways to request the change:
- Through an email to Customer Support
- By submitting a Personal and business details update form
- Over the phone with our Customer Support team
Through an email to Customer Support
If you need to update the Trading Details of your business, then you can email the new details to
cs@tyro.com to be processed. Please also note:
- This is only for business details such as your trading name, trading address or business contact number
- The request will need to be sent from an authorised email address that we currently have on file
Submitting a Personal and business details update form
The form to update your details is found on the Tyro Portal, located at
https://merchant.tyro.com. To download this form, follow these steps:
- Login with your username (email address) and password
- Click on Forms on the left-hand menu
- Download the Personal and business details update form
- Complete the relevant sections of the form, and once completed and signed by an Authorised Signatory, email it to cs@tyro.com to be processed
The form should be used if you also need to update other contact details that we have registered, such as the email address or mobile number for an Authorised Signatory on your account.
Over the phone with our Customer Support team
Our local support team is available for general enquiries on
1300 00 TYRO (8976) from 7am – 9pm (Sydney time), 7 days a week. For critical issues outside these hours, simply dial our support number and select the emergency support option.
- An ID check will need to be completed to verify your identity as an Authorised Signatory before any changes can be made
- Like the form, Customer Support can update business details as well as personal details after the ID check
If your ABN has changed then you will need to contact our Customer Success team, who will discuss what is involved and send through any forms that are required to be completed.
